my phone is a IPhone 3gs and i cracked the screen a couple of months ago and a couple of days ago my screen started to act really slow and it wouldnt work on some parts and now today my screen wont work nor respond at all. PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED MY PHONE ...!!!!!

Put the Iphone into recovery mode, then connect it to your computer and restore it.

The issues should be solved unless theres a hardware fault on your phone that is preventing it from working properly.

There might be a Flex cable that disconnected in the phone, you will need to bring it to a cell phone shop or apple to have a look at it.

It sounds like a hardware problem, not software. I would try calling 1800myiphone(180069474663). Yes that is one digit more than normal but it is a specific iphone help line. I've had to use it before.

1. CHECK FOR IPHONE UPDATES
2. RESTART PHONE
3. GO TO SETTINGS AND THEN GENERAL RESET IPHONE 
4. FINALY REACTIVATE THE IPHONE

the turbosim you have is pre-programmed to work with uk networks, to solve this problem you'll have to purchase another pre-programmed turbosim that will work with your brazilian simcard..........check ebay!

My bad i posted in the problem one but here is a solution: this is easy i got a site that helped me and was very easy instructions http://www.hackthatphone.com   just choose the firmware of you're iPhone and then follow instructions, enjoy. Hilton

Ahh i think i had something similar to this.. what i did may work for you is, putting the phone in bootloader mode, hold power button + home button for like 10seconds.. This should get you to a screen where it will ask you to connect to iTunes and restore.

So plug it in, iTunes should recognise it and then you should be able to restore it.
