Question about Pinnacle Computers & Internet
You need to log in as Administrator. Are you the only person who uses this PC, and if so, was Vista pre-loaded when you purchased it? It was not set up properly; your account should have Administrator rights. They should also have given you an Administrator account password. Contact your vendor ASAP and tell them you need this done.
