I have dazzle DVC 170
one of the drivers is not compatible or unstable with you system. make sure you have the relevant firmware on your system, update the drivers from the driver menu that is in device manager win 10 its right click on windows logo (start) bottom left and click on the driver and update before using it if no update is available you could try the properties of the software. right click on the icon for the software and menu will pop up go to properties click on that and then go to menu compatibility and click to run on win xp mode or another mode. then press ok.

Can you please give me the serial number for
Unfortunately we are not affiliated with Pinnacle, and therefore cannot supply you with a serial number. You will either have to contact the retailer that you bought your software from, or contact Pinnacle themselves via email or telephone. Their Customer Service people will be able to assist you in resolving any issues that you may have with their software.
