is both the light blink the same time or blink alternate ? if blink the same time, it's probably a fatal error.. if blink alternately then the waste ink counter need to be reset and the waste ink pad need to be replaced.

This printer I suspect is a re-branded Lexmark similar to the Z series.
There appears to be a firmware failure.
I have a Z12 stripped on my bench right now- nothing there to repair.- Check with Compaq first of course but it reckon its time for the bin.
