First thing to do is assure that you have 110 power coming on both sides of the plug to give you the 220 that you need to run your machine if you do not then your heater will not work the next steps would require you to use a multimeter and do continuity test on the two relays the hi and the low as well as the heater to assure there is no malfunction with these electonic parts and lastly im not looking at your exact model but on whirlpools they do have also a run fuse that is located in the back under the rear panel and this would also ned to have a continuity test if your machine does have this in it please remember to rank this opinion and if you have any further questions please message me back thanks again '

Hi,
If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.
if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....
If you have an electric dryer, you can have many different things that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.
