first of all its hardware not hardwear and now hardware are the physical components of the computer like the disc drivers floppy drivers graphic cards etc and to have experience in it u need to study them practicaly and logically and about the future its even brighter than the sun

Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you
to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.

Go to control panel press on add/remove hardwear
and when promted to search for new hardwear press on next.And continue as if installing a
new hardwear and you will reenable your USB port.
