Try this link if the manufacturer is BIOSTAR which I think it is. If it is not biostar go to the Optiplex website and you should be able to download a driver for it. Hope this helps
You probably need the M/soft UAA drivers first download and install them Then go to device drivers right click driver with yellow mark on it and upgrade driver should go on net and find and install driver
