Sons DS Lite will start up but the minute you try to start it with a a game included you can not do anything with it

The spring that holds the game in place is broken and needs to be replaced. at some point someone may have snatched the game out instead of pressing it in then ejecting it. might be good to take out battery then put it back in, if that doesn't work go to nintendo forums, maybe reimburse you.

First of all make sure your ds lite is not obstructed by any obsticals example your leg or arm or anything else and maximum 5 feet away from the other ds lite for a good connection. The other ds must be on download ds play after you send the request from the ds with the game in it.

well try to find DS parts in EBAY...

and don´t try to power the DS with a broken display ´cause it can short-circuit another part of your DS...and make things go Bad...

Yes it can can cost anywhere from $20 up
from any Repair shop

take it back before 28days has passed and they have to replace it for you...otherwise it gets sent away for repair

Are we talking here about a DS or a DS Lite?

had this problem, i looked into where the game goes and one of the little metal teeth was bent, so i took a long toothpick and gently pushed it back over now it works fine. Be careful that you dont break it off though.

u need a new screen in the bottom, try to get a nintendo brand screen instead of an aftermarket.
