Generally speaking when I see this message I just hit OK and it goes ahead and prints and everything shows up without being cut off - I am in the ink business and my test page shows this message all the time but its not an issue if you press OK and part of ther page is cut off you eitherr need to expand your margins or make the content fit the page
Check if there is a reset, or clear message function. or you may try this one:
1. With the printer turned on, if there is a door for the cartridge, open it. 2. Then, if there is a "Go" button, "Print", "Copy" button, press and hold it for 10 sec. 3. Close the cartridge door or cover. Turn it off then turn it on again.
This temporary storage of fax may happen when one of your cartridge is detected low ink level. Try to replace your low ink cartridge. Sadly, if you have navigated away from the fax menu after inserting a new cartridge or clearing the message, you may lose the fax. You can try to have the sender resend the message. When this problem happens again, just replace your cartridge without turning off your printer. Once inserted, accept the incoming fax message to print it.

The FAX machine received some FAXes while it was without paper. Make sure the FAX has paper and try printing the stored faxes or check in the fax menu if they can be cleared without printing. Another problem may be that the FAX received not faxes but voice messages, retrieve and delete the messages and the error should be gone.
