your LifeCam device in Gmail you must install Gmail Voice and Video Chat. To do
this, you may please visit the following Gmail Web site -

you have to Login your Gmail account, the person you want to chat with is also have installed Gmail Voice and Video to chat if they don't then you should invite them to install it. you may please follow the below link for detailed help on this -

open skype go to tools from the drop down list select options scroll to audio settings make sure the microphone is using the same as your computers audio you can make a free test call if you cant get the microphone to work you can select learn about setting up your audio equipment or control panel sounds and audio devices audio and also voice it's the same make sure that you have the right default microphone selected you should be able scroll to video settings to make the right adjustments
