I believe this is as close as Intermatic can come. DO you really need the 40Amps? or would 30A work.

GE 15136 timer display stopped working

Try resetting timer, and reprogramming.

The GE brand of electronic box timers is not dependable long-term product. The 30-40 amp contact ratings do not appear consistent with rest of timer quality. I think the amp load is overrated from what I have seen, compared with heavy duty timers like Intermatic GM40AVE series etc.
My local home depot has replaced the GE line of box timers with 100% reliable Intermatic T100 series mechanical timers.
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#15136
15136 is not battery-operated timer, and there are no repair parts.
15136 timer is rated outdoors, with temperature range -40F to +130F, which sounds like hardened electronics.
But often these cheaper electronic devices with plastic gears and multi-voltage are not hardened for years of dependable service as found with commercial grade timers.
Nor are they protected from surge caused by local power outage or nearby lightning strike.
For most dependable timer, and cost effective, choose T100 series or T170 series with skip-a-day... repair parts available... timer will last decades

Looking for instructions how to use Electric light Switch timers

Electronic timers are usually 7-day.
Usually a 24-hour timer has mechanical analog dial that rotates as time passes.
Copy following link for instructions by experimenting with features:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-set-timers.html

There are many timers on the market today, including plug-in, box-type, timer modules, delay timers, indoor-outdoor timers, and knock-offs of each brand. Each has different watt load rating that usually appears on side of timer.
Some timers work with any type bulb, and others only with incandescent.

Looking for a timer to turn a 120volt 2amp water pump on for 1min 2 times aday that will last for more than 3 years please help

1) You need 120V timer to control 2 amp water pump.
V x A = watts so 120V x 2amp = 240 watt
754 watts per HP divided by 240W = 1/3 HP horsepower.

2) To get 1 minute time periods, you need electronic timer.
Most electronic timers have minimum 1 minute set time.
Same schedule each day, you can use 356-day, 7-day or 24-hour electronic timer.

3) To have electronic timer last longer than 3 years you need a clean circuit and expensive timer.
Use circuit analyzer to check circuit. Hire electrician to check circuit and replace pump if necessary to make sure timer will last as long as possible.

4) Intermatic ET70115C should last for many years. Battery is replaced every 8 years.

ET70115C $379
http://www.1000bulbs.com/product/3391/ELEC-ET70115C.html

5) You posted under EH10 water heater timer, which is inexpensive water heater timer rated for 1HP. You can't expect inexpensive timer to last as long when using a motor, although 1/3 HP is lightweight motor.

6) You can buy five EH10's for same price as one ET70115C.

7) List of ordinary electronic timers, each with slightly different features

I have a 4003 osz time clock and it does not turn lights on and off. Where can I get new insides for the same box.

As of November 2010 or before, Paragon is no longer making timers or parts except Defrost timers.
4003 0SZ is not a defrost timer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

0SZ suffix appears to be 120Volt astronomic time clock that turns ON at Dusk and OFF at Dawn
4003 is DPST 120Volt 40 amp mechanical timer

MR Supply sells 7200

Intermatic mechanical astronomic clocks:
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/mechanical%20time%20switches/astronomic.aspx
These time clocks are Indoor-outdoor and can control 3 different 120V Loads, for example store light in front, outdoor light in back, and outdoor sign. All Loads turn on-off at same time.
Beverly Hills shows the V4547r

Intermatic also makes electronic astronomic time pieces where voltage is selectable, with many timing options (programming is detailed and complicated):
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/electronic%20time%20switches/astronomic%20electronic.aspx
NEMA1 is indoor box
NEMA 3R is indoor-outdoor box.
SPST means timer can control 1 Load
SPDT can control 2 120V Loads
1000 Bubs sells the ET8115C

I have the same school bell timer, but the bell seems to run on 50 second minutes instead of 60 seconds!

If you have old timer, a new one is probably required, especially if it has gotten wet or dirty.
If you have electronic timer, then it has gone bad.

If you have new mechanical timer ... I wonder if you have a 50 cycle clock motor? Look at the label on timer and it should show the cycles.

Electricity is actually a wave, or a cycle. When the cycle is shortened, the motor runs faster. Occasionally, 60 cycle mechanical timers controlled by electronics also run fast by 1 hour each two weeks.

All appliances and timers and clocks and motors on the shelf are 60 cycle to match electric production in the US.
