Update ur Bios update ur memory if u can use disk cleanup delete temporary fies use defragment option do a gud antivirus and use reg in out.

You probably have too much stuff on your computer. Delete some files and run disk defragmenter. Also run disk cleanup. If that doesn't fix it to your liking, it's time to upgrade to a better computer.
