Use Control panel then Device Manager to update driver. Check sound settings program. Use uninstall feature to allow computer to
find audio module and reload driver, then update driver.
Please make sure that the sound is not in mute. If it's unmute and still has no sound, try to uninstall and reinstall the audio driver. Drivers are located in device manager. Simply type device manager on the search box to find it. In the device manager, expand the sound video and game controller category, usually the audio driver is the realtek high definition audio driver or smart audio. Uninstall the driver and restart the laptop to take effect the changes. Restarting the laptop will automatically reinstall the audio driver. Test the sound.
