1)Please switch off the machine, while holding down the 0+8 buttons please switch the machine on.
When the machine is in test mode input 690 and press the start button
The machine will ask if you want to continue, please continue, oncet the machine is finished it will ask you to reboot the machine.
2)If the problem persists it could be that the firmware has to be updated, or the hard disk drive is faulty and needs to be replaced.

Hi, According to your problem, first make sure that you have tried to scan email in proper process. You may need firmware update for your copier. So update the firmware and check the settings of the email scan. Reset it properly. It will solve your problem.
