you could have a faulty LCD/t-con ribbon connection, or a failing LCD panel. I would suggest you try and reseat the ribbon cables to the panel and t-con, if you are comfortable doing this!

Check and replace the T/Con board. Before replacing it, reseat all the flat cables that goes to LCD panel from this board.

It appears due to bad press of the screen and cannot be rectified/repaired easily.

Your plasma screen is made up of 1080 verticle lines and now a few of these lines are not working. This is the screen itself and needs replacing.

first check the power supply board for puffy capacitors. then change the t-con board on lcd panel
