Low fluid , very common symptom. have the fluid checked NOW! you will do damage if you keep driving. Has no dipstick, there are two plugs in the pan . The lower is for draining the upper is for checking and filling. Fluid mudt stream out with engine idling in park.If symptoms continue after filling you have burned up the forward band. Good Luck.
Okay, this truck doesnt have a normal dip stick to check the fluid in trany,to check the trany fluid level engine must be warm and parked on level ground, being on level ground is important!, next start engine and move slector through all gears and ending in park, put ebrake on and let engine idle, then remove the check plug from the bottom of trany pan, note theres a drain plug and the level plug heres a diagram to help you locate the right plug, remove the plug with engine idling and the fluid should leak out, the fluid will stop when level is correct if the plug is removed and no fluid leaks out then add some until it drips out level hole.
That is normal, in park or neutral there is no resistance on the engine when you put it in gear there is resistance because the car wants to move. Also when you turn on the ac that turns on the compressor that is run off the belts of the engine so it puts more resistance on the engine. Low idle is not a problem unless the engine dies.
sounds like a mass air flow sencer. a vaccum leek should be easy to find with a rouch ideal. just move and incinte around the line or use your hand and feel for some sucktion. i know easier said then done but have faith.
on level ground with the engine at idle pull out the dipstick wipe it off and check that the fluid is between the two marks. Keep the level near the top mark but do not overfill.
