Ok at boot up press F8, when the Menu comes up, choose Safe Mode, but this time instead of going to the desktop, choose System Restore, follow instructions, and when the Calender type window comes up, simply choose a time BEFORE, the time it went faulty. This should completely restore you to working again. As long as there are NO other problems. support.microsoft.com/kb/306084

What is the blue screen errors? Why will they come? What should we do if we get those errors? What will happen if the error will come?

Hello, I understand you are concerned with blue screen errors. To keep it simple, Blue screen errors appear majority due to corrupt drivers crashing, or services suddenly stop running. This is generally due to a virus, but can be as simple as a corrupt driver.

I understand that things can go wrong and issues can occur that are out of your control. As long as you keep your computer information updated as much as possible you shouldn't run into any issues.

Now if you are running into an issue now with a bluescreen, a few proactive things you can do, is boot into safe mode and run some security scans as well update the PC with networking.

My laptop go on then blue screen then turn off

There is one solution for your BSOD problem and it's free,, As soon as you turn laptop on, keep tapping F8 until another screen appears,, then choose safe mode with networking.
Type tdsskiller.exe into google and download from the first site listed. Download the exe not the zip.
once downloaded install to your desktop. Once installed open tdsskiller and run a scan,
Once scan is complete select cure. Once cured, Please reboot your system and you will have no further blue screen errors.. Hope this helps and please rate,,

I appear to have either a hardware or software problem and the i get an set of options witch are start normally, safe mode and safe mode w/ networking. but when i select one it appears to start up normally...

Check your memory. If you have a faulty or substandard RAM chip, this is a likely cause. Also there may be an error on the hard drive hence Safe Mode. Run CHKDSK/F as soon as you get it to boot and save all of your data!!!!

I have received a Blue Screen Error but I do NOT have the XP disk

if you cant get online on your pc you're gonna need to go to someone else's and download a windows boot disk from the ms website then boot your pc from that, choose recovery console then repair boot partition.

Laptop keeps looping at start

There are some viruses that will cause a computer to do that. I have had customers tell me they had some luck with Stopzilla to get their computer back up and running, but the only way I have found is to re-install the OS. A good repair shop should be able to retrieve your files and do that for you.

Lap top computer

Sounds to me like a windows problem or maybe a driver error. if it boots up in safe mode and it dont boot up in regular mode, one of the drivers that dont have to load in safe mode keeps crashing it. check all startup programs and disable as many as you can

Windows XP fails to load and Computer will not start up.

Boot from startup floppy disks or CD-ROM, choose repair option during setup, and run Recovery Console. When you are logged on, you can run FIXMBR command to fix master boot record. This should solve your problem.
