1. If you don't know the PIN, select "I forgot," then select the empty text box for the answer to the secret question and enter it using the on-screen keyboard. Select "OK" to continue.

2. If you don't know either the PIN or the secret question, the Parental Controls will need to be reset. Please call 1-800-255-3700 to nintendo for assistance and they will issue you a master key.

    What is my PIN to my DSi?
    I am assuming this is for the parental controls. If you cannot remember or did not set it up you will then have to contact Nintendo for assistance in resetting your machine. The phone number to call is 1-800-255-3700.

    I forgot my pin number for wi-fi what is the master key on nintendo dsi?
    The master key is different for every DSi system. Call Nintendo and get to the DSi helper. Then tell them your inquiry number and they'll tell you the master key. Provide proof of ID, your inquiry number on the DSi and your DSi serial number.

    what you have to do is try and get a master key to unlock your pin. (maybe in the shop you bought it have a master key or you will have to look it up on http://www.nintendo.com/ for a master key! hope i helped!

    Bought a black DSI at a yard sale and how can you change pin #!!
    The other solution is to go over to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and from here, you can provide the confirmation number on your DSi, and get your reset code. Unlike the 1-800-255-3700 solution, this one is available 24/7.

    Despite it saying Wii Parental control reset tool, it also applies to DSi as well.
