The PC can not be burn to CD

Hi. I would suggest that you use another burning software like Nero or Alcohol software, Also try using another cd or a different brand of CD. If this doesnt work try deleting the upper and lower filters on the registry. Follow this step on how to delete the upper and lower filters on the registry.
1. Goto START --> RUN --> Type "Regedit" and hit enter
2. Navigate to the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
3. In the right pane look for these 2 values - UpperFilter and LowerFilter.
4. Delete the UpperFilter key by right clicking on it and choosing Delete and OK.
5. Repeat step 4 for the LowerFilter key.
6. Exit the registry editor and restart the computer.
