My Series 7 790cc razor became really loud after a

My Braun Series 7 790cc razor became really loud after a cleaning. I've had it 3 1/2 months. It appears that the two pronged connector to the foil block is partly disengaged from the body of the razor. When I push it down, it doesn't stay down.

How to fix a Braun series 7 razor that will not charge in cleaning stand
I have a Braun 7 series that I use occasionally. The last time I tried to charge was unsuccessful. After several days on the charger still would not charge, I discovered the RESET button right under the Braun name. The charger cable has to be unplugged, then press reset with a paper clip and now works like a charm. Note: reset will not work if charger cable is plugged in.
