Try running a Disk Check from the management console. Sounds like one of your drives may be going bad. Not sure what model you have but if it has multiple disks in an array it will usually report a degraded disk which you can then replace.

How to keep mailbox cleen?

There is only one way, that I know of, that is to throw in the bin, the post you do not have to keep.
I find it useful to throw away the mail you know you will not look at again, once you open your mail
Create new mailboxes for things you want to keep, and put them there when they come. I have separate mail boxes for my daughters, for crochet pattern, for interesting food, for health and so on.

My Canon Pixma MP450 keeps reading ink absorber full. What does that mean?

Like peeling potatoes or oranges or apples, and throwing the peel into a garbage-bin, eventually the bin will get full, and you'll have to empty the bin, before you can do more peeling.

Similarly, when printing, some INK is "wasted", and ends up in a small bin, with an ABSORBER pad (like a baby diaper) in the bin.

So, your printer's bin has become full, and a qualified printer technician can properly empty the bin.
