I have the same problem, plus others on the board, as you can see. I just received the television back from repairs and hopefully, with fingers crossed, the problem is solved. The Panasonic repairman replaced (5) faulty power capacitors. I do not know exactly what this means, however, he stated that is what was causing the set to shut off, triggering the various blink codes. Previous to phoning a technician, I took out the original lamp and re-seated it back into place. Oddly, this worked for (2) months then! After that, I purchased a new lamp to see if that would help the problem, unfortunately, it did not! Hopefully the set will last long enough where the new lamp will be needed and used.
Anyway, good luck... I think we all are experiencing the same problems due to a faulty design flaw. Let's hope this works...
My technician is located in Ventura, California - The Electronic Repair Center (Authorized Panasonic Technician) – I felt he was pretty honest and reputable - $300 (however, I also purchased a new lamp from Panasonic which set be back another $300)ARGGGG!
GOOD LUCK!Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

some times when the lamp is not sitting in place it will give you this problem. removed the lamp, put it back and make sure it goes all the way in. close the door and attach screws if any. remember if the lamp door is not close, your tv will not turn on. had the same problem until i reseted the lamp in place. good luck
there actually was a class action law suit on these tv's due to the bulbs.

Time to get a new TV. I have similar problem. In my case, the set turns off, LED blinking green for about a minute or 2, then the set will turn on by itself. Something the LED started to blink yellow after blinking green and then shuts off. I can turn it back on. This happens 3 or 4 times in an hour. After that, the TV stays on for as many hours as I want until I shut it off.
And then the problem repeats everytime I turn it on from a cold start.
I have my eyes on the 50 inch Plasma from Panasonic. Bestbuy has one for 999.99.
You need to first CK power supply board for Bad capacitors they will be vented, swollen or puffed up on top ,if you do not see any then try replacing Ballast Board it is what Powers Lamp. Call Encompas Parts Dustrubtion for Part numbers and Prices or Visit teir Website online!
I have similar problems. I removed the back panel and use compressed air to blow out all the dust from all the components. Just remember not to blow into the main fan on the right as that is the one cooling the lamp. I don't know for sure if this is the only problem.
Dust built up caused heat built up on the components.
remove back panel. blow out all the dust from all the components except the fan on the right.
Vacuum out all the dust.
Have you replaced the lamp? that would help too.
There are 2 small red lamp. One indicates HEAT problem. The other one is the LAMP indicator.
I got various numbers of flashes also.
They all point to some components.
I simply open the back panel and vacuum.
I also use compressed air to blow at all the components and vacuum again.
Do not blow into the fan on the right as it will get the dust inside the lamp module.
This can either be a problem with the ballast, or the power supply that powers the ballast. DLPs are usually easy to diagnose as they have a list of items that must happen for a successful boot sequence and it will pinpoint exactly where you trouble is at. I do suggest that you get a service manual for your set. I can post a link where you can get a proper service manual where they will email it to you if you would like. Let me know if I can assist you further.
problem is fan stoppage this is probable caused by excessive dust in fan take off back and locate visually the cooling fans in unit use canned air to remove dust until fan moves freely. if all fans are clean maybe one fan is not giving rotation detect signal look at voltage on white or yellow wire from fan s/b 5v then 0v when fan rotates if one stays at 5v replace it
