Hi! Do you mean that your pc stops wen you are playing games? You may have a built in video card thats why it stops or hangs. You will need to replace the video card, use the one that is suitable for gaming. This video cards are used for gaming and will surely resolve the problem. Hope this helps and have a good one!

Hi! No. I don't mean while playing games. I mean while playing videos, such as, when someone sends me a video to watch in email.

Thanks for the clarification. You may need to delete some files to free some physical memory. When the physical memory is full it can really cause some programs, videos or sounds to stop. But I believe that if you delete some of the unnecessary files you'll be good.

I already removed tons of Programs last week. How can I tell how much memory I have and how much is being used? What else can I delete without harming my computer?

Everytime I play video clips on YouTube I keep having buffering problems like play then stop then play then stop then play then stop continuously.

Once the page has loaded and the video is starting to play, pause the video and let it load completely before playing. The problem is either youtube and some specific videos and/or you have a slow connection and are having difficulties with streaming content.

Test you download speed here http://www.speedtest.net/
If you have multiple computers in the same household and are accessing the internet at the same time it will slow down video viewing/download.
If you have wireless make sure your neighbors are not stealing/sharing your connection.

When playing video on my laptop, it will play 30 to 40 seconds, then appears to be spooling or loading or something - is quiet and stops video/audio -- almost looks frozen, takes another 30 to 40 seconds,...

its not settings on it that will help you fix the problem is the processor if you don't have one fast and capable enough for you to play video games in it, it will not play them effectively and this will keep going, you need to buy a better processor
