I have Sony Cybershot DSC T200 camera. It can take perfect pictures, but I can't see anything in LCD screen as it has colored vertical lines all over the screen. What can be the issue ?

If your pictures taken with the camera are seen when downloaded to the PC, the it is sure that the LCD is faulty or damaged.
The presence of vertical lines show that the processor driver to the LCD has failed. You have confirm cost of the new LCD before it can be decided.

The vertical line can be caused by a very bright object in the image like a lamp or a silver surface reflecting the flash.
The spots are caused by the flash being SO close to the lens. Any object that can reflect the flash reflects it right back at the camera. This is an image problem with most point and shoot digitals. Watch for reflective surfaces and stand at an angle to them. Turn on more lights in the room before using flash. Stand at a slight angle to the image or person you are photographing - don't shoot straight on. (I kneel down and shoot up - makes a good shot too.)
If you are shooting toward the sun, shield the lens from direct sunlight with your hand (Keep your hand out of the picture!)

My sony dsc-t3 cybershot has vertical lines on the display

This is a problem known to Sony. They had a recall on the T3 because of it. They extended the recall, however, the extension ended in about March of '08. Some recall - You had to stumble on it at their web site to know about it!
I got my T3 repaired in May of '08, but had to pay shipping both ways to Laredo, the nearest Sony repair place. They insisted on insurance, so it cost almost as much as their flat fee repair of $121.
They fixed the camera, but it didn't focus as well after that. I didn't realize that 'til after their 30-day repair warranty period was up.
Here's their email, if you want to wrestle with them:
[email protected]
Recently I began getting "Turn power off and on again" message. It's a common problem, but again, Sony offered no suggestions. They basically wanted $121 to fix it.
The FixYa site helped me "fix" it by flipping the lens cover open (down) with my finger when turning it on.
I am not buying any more Sony cameras, and will probably sell this one with a disclaimer. There are too many trouble-free high-spec cameras around to fool with Sony-baloney. They've gone too far downhill.
I'll probably get a Canon S90. It's almost the same size as the T3 and much higher-spec.
Hope this helps!

Black vertical lines on LCD screen

The CCD screen, or the CCD ribbon cable, or the CCD driver board may be defective, or there may be cold solder connections on the circuit board.

These cameras are serviced by changing modules, circuit boards, specific parts.

You will have to give the camera in for service.
