One day i as using my razr and it just died so i put in a new battery but still didnt work. so what do i do?

if u know minor repair remove the cover and key pad clean it and fix it as it is then it works.....it help a lot....

HEY THOSE CHINESE CHARGER ARE NOT GOOD.. THEY SUM HOW NEVER CHARGE THE BATTERY PROPERLY ND THE BACKUP IS LESS. CHARGE USING UR MOTOROLA CHARGER ND IF U STILL EXPERIENCE PROBLEM THEN U BETTER GO TO MOTOROLA

Depends how adventurous you want to be. It's most probably needs a new battery but could be a number of things. It's a matter of trail and error to work out what the error is. I would advise trying a new battery and if that doesn't work sending it or taking it to a repair center.

This same problem hapnd 2 my fne i bet the smaller screen at the front dosent work either well the problem is the wire connecting from the screen to the main part isloose try tightening it,if this does not work squeeze the screen/middle part conecting the two

it is better if u turn them in to ur local moto service station...

bring it to a technician, and let him know what the new battery and charger did to your normally fine phone. They should be responsible for repairing your phone. No easy fix as described above. Let me know how it works.

first fully discharge the battery then place it in a plastic container and put it on the freezer overnight, just make sure that no moisture will enter on the cointainer. after taking it out on the freezer let stay at room temperature for 5 minutes, then charge it. I always do this with my old batteries and it works well.

If you take the battery out then with the battery out plug in the charger, this worked for me.
