Two function keys and the 7 key have died the past couple days. Phone is in like new condition. Took battery out and the issue went away but came back day after. Any information on this?
If u know minor repair remove the cover and key pad clean it and fix it as it is then it works.....it help a lot....

Can't see a need for removing the cover plate since it's almost like new and never saw any abuse. Since removing the battery worked each time I'm thinking maybe the case magnet she used was causing the issue. We've changed out the case with no issue as yet. Thanks for the suggestion but I'm afraid that would have lead to a mangled device.
Got the phone replaced by AT&T with under one month left on warranty. No problem but it was very close.
