Don A has an excellent answer, but if you have a sunroof, that is more likely the reason. The pipe runs down between the door pillar and the windshield and there is often a join there which can part. Be careful with compressed air as it can blow joints apart.

Check for leafs that are blocking drain holes on both ends . Air inlet cowl in front of wind shield. This blockage would cause water to back up and enter the Hvac air inlet.

It's underneath the floor panel, under the carpet on the passenger side of the interior compartment. You'll have to pull back the carpet to see what I mean.

check distributor, and ECM (car computer, located underneath the carpet and floor plate inside the car on passenger side). Check for power and whether there's any juice getting to them. Check fuses (I know sounds really stupid, but you'd be surprised what works).

possibly you have a bad window seal on passenger side
glass shop should be able to verify and replace seal for you

yes it does have front drains look behind the side kick panel in the front seat foot wells

either the gasket seal around the back hatch is worn or the light assembly has a bad gasket and water is coming around the light .the window may be leaking

that is a high compression ratio for a leaking motor. The blue smoke is from oil burning, it's either blown piston rings, valve seal problems. Or possibly a sludge problem in the car. This is a major concern probably need a short block for the car.

your passenger window i would just start pulling fuses and see which one is blown if none of them are blown then your looking at a window switch problem or a window motor

pull your carpet up near the leak area and look for muddy body seams. it is possible one of the factory body seams are leaking- possibly in the cowl(under wipers) area, especially if it leaks when the car is sitting. there will be dirt/mud around the seams that are leaking. also you can check door seals by running the car on HIGH DEFROST with all doors and windows closed. spray around with a 50/50 soapy water solution. obviously bubbles will form around your leak.
