My sansa just stoped. it will not power on, I have had it a little over a year, really have not used it very much but I have a bunch of music I would really want to save if possible if the player is no good is there any way to get the music.

Mainly caused by flat battery, try to recharge the battery, or plug it into your PC and switch it on. If you are lucky, you can get your musics back by copying to your PC

The screen on my sansa clip mp3 stoped working and now my computor dosent recognize it any what should i do.

I'm assuming that there's currently no response from the device - if you are still getting music and other lights from it; ignore the following.

These devices use USB to charge. It is possible that your USB port is actually the thing not working. Have you attempted plugging it into another computers USB port, or a standalone USB Hub that uses a power adapter? Also, some ports won't provide enough power to charge - if you are using a non powered hub this may be the case - these can also include those handy USB ports on the side of the keyboard.

Also, verify your USB cable is good - this can be difficult as the Sansa's use a proprietary connector. It's not likely to just go bad, but check to see that it fits properly and doesn't appear broken.

SanDisk Sansa 260 MP3

One thing to try is to update your Media Player to the latest version. IT may solve this problem.

Another thing to check is the Sync settings. Make sure you do not have it set to "Manual Sync" as this will not automatically transfer your music over to the player.

How do i delete songs off of my sansa e250?

You can manually delete the music thru My Computer. Just click on the device name, and open the Music folder. If you dont have a Music folder, you need to enable hidden files and folders on your computer. Best of Luck.

I deleted my Music folder completely from the Sansa and opened a new one and added music and it worked just fine.
