It shouldn't be like that. It is still under warranty so take it back to the Verizon Store and they will replace it.

My droid phone says face activity not working and wants to know if I want to wait or close it. What can be done to correct this?

It sounds like you may have third party apps affecting your device. It may be helpful to run is safe mode to temporarily disable those apps to see if symptoms disappear. Verizon Mobile Support

Phone won't call out or receive calls

The Droid Razr HD was a Verizon exclusive phone therefore was designed to work on WCDMA technology, that means if you try to place a SIM card from other provider the phone would not work, to verify if the phone will work with the it work please contact the carrier you are trying to make the phone work with .

Well my motorola droid is slow I don't know why I recently bought it and it takes a long time for a video to load while am using my normal 3g network

hi daddy hector the motorola driod comes with a 16 gb card if you are using a 2gb the phone's memory is slowing the phone down. You need to put the 16gb card back into the phone. Now if you have the droid 2 the 3g is faster because it is using the a faster processor. Where you got the phone is also important. It sounds like you got the phone from an authorize dealer. Teh corp stores are selling the driod 2 global. So you need to speak to the corporate national customer service and see if your phone is indeed a brand new phone. Hope this help

My motorola droid screen went completely black. i wasn't using it at the time. i still hear that i'm getting messages and i can receive incoming calls but i can't see anything on the screen.

try taking the battery completely out and putting it back in, it's called a "Hard Shutdown" restart the device and it should be back to normal operation, if not, see your local Verizon Wireless store.

My droid screen suddenly turned black but i could still use it, i tried resetting it by pulling the battery out but the same thing occurs. Whenever i would turn the droid back on, the Motorola symbol is no...

You might want to try a hard reset on the phone, it should put your phone back to normal if its a software issue, if its a hardware issue you might have to take the phone apart or send it in for repairs or warranty return.

You can hard reset your Motorola Droid if you want clear all of the data off of the device and start fresh. Here’s how it’s done.

1. Turn the Droid off. If it won’t turn off, take the battery out then place it back in.
2. Open the keyboard and press the X key while pressing and holding Power. The device will power on. Keep holding the buttons down until a yellow triangle appers.
3. Press the Camera and Volume Up buttons at the same time to get to the menu. (I had to press them several times).
4. Use the direction pad to the right of the keyboard to select the Format option.

People can't hear me when I call. They say I sound muffled. My wife and I both bought the droids and have the same problem.. Otherwise the phone is great...

Sounds like your mic is either blocked with debris or broken. If Verizon doesn't replace it for you, you can get the microphone module at Droid Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at Droid Repair Guide.
