It sounds like you may have third party apps affecting your device. It may be helpful to run is safe mode to temporarily disable those apps to see if symptoms disappear. Verizon Mobile Support

The Droid Razr HD was a Verizon exclusive phone therefore was designed to work on WCDMA technology, that means if you try to place a SIM card from other provider the phone would not work, to verify if the phone will work with the it work please contact the carrier you are trying to make the phone work with .
hi daddy hector the motorola driod comes with a 16 gb card if you are using a 2gb the phone's memory is slowing the phone down. You need to put the 16gb card back into the phone. Now if you have the droid 2 the 3g is faster because it is using the a faster processor. Where you got the phone is also important. It sounds like you got the phone from an authorize dealer. Teh corp stores are selling the driod 2 global. So you need to speak to the corporate national customer service and see if your phone is indeed a brand new phone. Hope this help
try taking the battery completely out and putting it back in, it's called a "Hard Shutdown" restart the device and it should be back to normal operation, if not, see your local Verizon Wireless store.
You might want to try a hard reset on the phone, it should put your phone back to normal if its a software issue, if its a hardware issue you might have to take the phone apart or send it in for repairs or warranty return.
You can hard reset your Motorola Droid if you want clear all of the data off of the device and start fresh. Here’s how it’s done.
1. Turn the Droid off. If it won’t turn off, take the battery out then place it back in.
2. Open the keyboard and press the X key while pressing and holding Power. The device will power on. Keep holding the buttons downuntil a yellow triangle appers.
3. Press the Camera and Volume Up buttons at the same time to get to the menu. (I had to press them several times).
4. Use the direction pad to the right of the keyboard to select the Format option.
Sounds like your mic is either blocked with debris or broken. If Verizon doesn't
replace it for you, you can get the microphone module at Droid Repair and there is a guide
that shows you how to put in the part at Droid
Repair Guide.
ok try this just call you voice mail right now to do this, when you are talking on the phone turn the volume up by pressing the the button on the bottom left this should do this but in order to do it you have to be on the phone with somone.
