Try taking the battery completely out and putting it back in, it's called a "Hard Shutdown" restart the device and it should be back to normal operation, if not, see your local Verizon Wireless store.

i think when you dropped it the mobile display screen is damage or break second your mobile display strip is damage go to repair shop and repair it thanks
Since it is a flip phone i guess your flex is damaged or your screen is faulty.You need to first change the flex or check whether the cord is well connected.
