You need a proper cleaning solution for the new flat panel screen. The best I have tried is Monster ScreenClean. This cleaner comes with a microfiber cloth and actually repels dust and fingerprint buildup. I use it on my big screen and it rarely needs cleaning now.I have used it for three years and works great. ok.. please update your related drivers firstly.. but the actual trick is to go
Manage add-ons, and find your related add-on for Explorer (DigitalP in my case on my HP Laptop) and ENABLE it..
also right click My computer on your desktop, then click Manage,
then find and load Biomethric Authentication Service, under services.. (DPHost in my case)
i am almost positive in most cases, enabling your digital finger print reader on MANAGE ADD-ONs secction must help..
