I have a logitech keyboard and mouse combo, Its the Ex110 set, the keyboard isnt working but the mouse is, on the Receiver theres ment to be 3 lights, labled A F and 1.... F and 1 are lit up but not A.. Keyboard battries are fine, and i have tryed reinstalling it... can you help please!

1. If your wireless keyboard came with a software CD, install that first.
   
2. Then plug-in the USB receiver it came with it on a USB port on your computer.
3. Put all the batteries on the keyboard and mouse.
4. If it doesn't work, you may find a Connect button under the keyboard and / or mouse.

call logitech 1 646-454-3200 option 1 then 2 advise them of what you want then they will tell you cannot give you any replacement parts and will give you a coupon to get 50% off your next keyboard mouse combo. woot

just try wih installing new battery in mouse and keyboard then press the connect button to sync with the reciver.

change the batteries especially if they came with the EX100. then try connecting the mouse. receiver first push button one second and release.then on the mouse push the button one second and release.
then if the mouse connects. go to the keyboard and push button on the receiver first one second and release then keyboard for one second and release. try this three times if no connection you need to call logitech for warranty info.

They should have an on/off switch on the underside that you can use to switch on/off...

yes there is a battery in the mouse, it depends on how often do you use the pc to change the battery

Look on underside of keyboard there should be a button to push that will transmit to the receiver
1st push the button on the receiver
2nd make sure batteries are inserted in right direction into keyboard then push the botton on bottom of keyboard
that should make it work

Did you put batteries in both units before connecting the Receiver to a USB port?
Then did you use the CD software program that came with the keyboard and mouse and install the program?
After doing the install the following info will help to make them operational.
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
