Logitech cordless desktop ex110

Hi - we have a logitech cordless desktop EX110 keyboard & mouse combo. How do you turn it off ? We're currently chewing through batteries (replacing every 2-3 weeks). Help!!! Thanks, Cynthia

I have exactly the same problem, but the suggested solution is worthless. Of course I would have turned it off if there was an 'off switch' - yes I looked on the bottom. Other than removing the batteries, I have not found anything to turn it off.

Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up contacting Logitech who confirmed that the desktop set was faulty. I was able to return it to the retailer and got an exchange. No problems since. Cheers!

Hi, Please make sure you installed the set point software, otherwise get it from there: www.logitech.com/download
Then once installed go to: -> All programs -> Logitech -> Mouse and keyboard -> Connect utility

Cant get the keyboard to connect on my logitech ex110

Hi, Please use the connect utility to re-sync after battery swap or unexpected disconnection :
ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/
Then depend which version of set point you are using, I recommend you to upgrade to set point 6 setpoint600.exe 23.7 MB 25/02/2010 13:48:00

Then start menu -> Logitech -> Mouse and keyboard -> connect utility
Thanks and have a nice day Julien

Cordless Destop EX110 Keyboard is inoperable. Batteries have been replaced and connect button pressed. HELP!

Sounds like your keyboard has died...Try to perform a reboot, and make sure the battery is seated correctly. You will most likely have to get it replaced. I recommend going with a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse. Its a lot better than Logitech!!

Logitech ex110 not responding

Once you reboot, I'm assuming there isn't a problem with the keyboard and the mouse being in sync?

Always make sure the batteries are new or fully charged. Unfortunately, this set of wireless keyboard and mouse go through a lot of batteries. The batteries have a very short life.

Logitech cordless desktop EX110 keyboard

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud
