my EX90 combo keyboard n mouse, while the mouse isn't always good.
i have this same prob. 4 times in 2 years. I always reformat my windows in order to make the mouse functionally. Now i'm desperate.

HEre's the thing... everyday i use mobile phone to connect internet, so the combo things also. But they were good.
Until lastnite...i moved my laptop to metal desk, with rubber surface on top.
    Is that the cause?

    Pls advice???????

Did you put batteries in both units before connecting the Receiver to a USB port?
Then did you use the CD software program that came with the keyboard and mouse and install the program?
After doing the install the following info will help to make them operational.
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

How can i connect my ex110 with computer

Hello there.

  1. If your wireless keyboard came with a software CD, install that first.
  2. Then plug-in the USB receiver it came with it on a USB port on your computer.
  3. Put all the batteries on the keyboard and mouse.
  4. If it doesn't work, you may find a Connect button under the keyboard and / or mouse.
  5. You can find drivers and manuals for your keyboard and mouse here: http://www.logitech.com/en-au/433/154

Try the mouse on a different computer. If it can't work on there then you may have a defective mouse. Contact logitech about warranty info.
