to change the date and time you will press F2/F4 at same time, enter password 1 alpha alpha ( key located above 2 key) 66831 enter, then select the purple key to the far left, until you see clock, press the F key corresponding with clock update the date and time and press restart, this will change the time in terminal. remember to use military time.
also you will have to change for day light savings each time it changes.

The "RTC chip" is an integrated circuit that provides the R(eal) T(ime) C(lock) functionality. If your device cannot keep the correct date & time, it's time to replace it.
To reboot, turn the device off, and then remove the battery.
Wait 60 seconds, reinsert the battery, and turn the device on.
I'm not an expert with that model, but try this link: http://www.semicron.com/omni-3700.pdf (you may have to cut and paste it into your browser's address bar). Go to page 7 and look under the EDIT funciton. I think that's what you're looking for.
