. Remove Waste Box, Empty box, wipe down w/ dry paper towel
. Turn machine off,. Unplug power cord
. there is a blue rectangular pull knob
.above Rectangular knob @an angle R 2 notches (contain ensors)
. Take an AIR can & hold 6-8 inches & spray N2 ea. sensor
. this should clear any particles that generate a false " Full " Signal

Best solution would be:
if you remove the waste box you'll see blue
knob and above there is a sensor now take a look at the waste box and
find the place what goes between the sensor. you should cut off one
side and clean the other sides and then use some invisible tape to fix
the hole. and try again.
so anyway the point is this place what goes
between the sensor have to be clean. its not good idea to cut or remove
the sensor at all because next time the box will be full you don't know
that and it will brake your printer.
