A lot of ovens use a gas-filled vacuum flourescent display module that takes a higher voltage to drive it. The modules can get damaged or the power supply for the higher voltage (usually around 50 volts) may have failed.

Chances are the thing is only sold as an assembly...While the displays are common in auto speedometers that have digital display, those for these ovens are special with wpecial characters and background.

Am negotiating a home inspection on a house with WW30430P Jenn Air Wall Ovens; neither of the doors close. Is there a solution?

There are several models of Jenn-Air ovens that had issues with the door closing. The only solution is to replace the door hinges (unless the doors themselves are bad, you can see this if you open the door, the porcelain on the door will be bulged and cracked right where the hinge joins the door). If the doors are bad, the hinges and the interior door panels need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

Lower electric wall oven won't heat up

It is highly likely that your heating element is open so I would ( with power removed) verify the integrity of the element by detaching it and making sure it is not elecltrically OPEN, It is nothing more than a big power resistor that when current is flowing,..gets hot but if it becomes open.. you will not have any curent flow thru it ( or heat generated from it). That would be the first place I would look.. It could also be the control that feeds it..
A few ideas to check..

Rick

Jenn-Air Wall Oven Model #WW30430P F5 Fault Code

I have the exact same problem with an F5 fault code. I also have a new clock assembly. RepairClinic.com said "Jenn Air fault code F5 = Hardware and watchdog circuits disagree / Replace clock assembly (also called the ERC)

Jenn Air Fault code for newer models F5 = Power to element relays disabled in cook mode
1. Intermittent oven temperature sensor or wire harness or,
2. Intermittent contact on power relay board"
This doesn't help since it is too technical. What should I do next?

Problems with Jenn-Air Electric Double-Wall Oven

that board supplies power to the light unit and it is very easy to replace if that is what is wrong. it can also be the led display unit also. cost about $150 each i think.

The electrical panel does not light up

I'm afraid you are going to need a new display board. Not very hard to change but a pricey item. Have seen this problem a few times. Good Luck!
