Question about Insignia IS-LCDTV32 32 in. Television
6 months ago I purchased an Insignia Flat screen HDTV. I recently noticed a verticle line seemingly burned in at the 3" "non hdtv"side bar. It is under the original 12 month warranty with an extended warranty from Best Buy. Can this be repaired or does it need to be replaced? i dont want any "bs" when I call them. I have in home service. I dont want to "lose" use of tv while it is shipped for repair, only to find out it has to be replaced. Tech lingo would be helpfull. Thanks
Best thing you can do is call 888-Best-Buy and schedule a service call. I wish i could tell you if it would be a repair or replace situation, but that will greatly depend on the part availability for your TV.
Insignia parts are often very hard to find (only 2 or 3 parts vendors in the US) so the sooner you call the better your chances of a quick repair.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
