Depends on the thermostat, they are available in 5 degree increments, usually ranging from 175-195 degrees. This is what determines the operating temp of the engine.
Depends on the thermostat that's in it Normal temp is 185 degrees newer trucks run higher so they run leaner and run at 200 degrees if it goes above 212 degrees the water can boil if the radiator cap is bad. The exhaust manifold will run about 650 to 750 degrees the catalytic converter should be about the same ans the exhaust and if it's working properly will be about 200 degrees higher on the back end if there is excessive fuel being burned.
