Hi

I request you to remove the power cable from the back of the printer and remove the ink cartridges and wait for 3 minutes and reinstall the ink cartridges with cleaning the contacts of the ink cartridges then plugin the power cable and check else please refer the weblink given below.

May be u did not install the original cartridge in your printer please buy the cartridge in HP center. its only cartridge problem its not printer problem..
