Well, make sure the screen is connected to your graphics card (via VGA, HDMI, etc). If it is and there is still no signal, check to see if your computer is making the usual boot noises, beeping, fans turning on, etc. If it turns on normally, it is most likely your graphics card (if you have a separate one) or your motherboard if it has built in graphics.

Good luck, contact me if you need more help.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the info. It was very helpful. I never considered the motherboard with built in graphics."

Cannot change channel on my Dynex DX-L26-10a TV

Try checking the signal strength then run the scan again.
Checking the DTV signal strength
You can check the DTV signal strength to determine if you need to adjust your antenna or digital cable input. The higher the signal strength, the less likely you are to experience picture degradation. To check the DTV signal strength:
1.Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.

2.Press < or > to highlight Channel, then press v. The Channel menu opens. The DTV signal strength is shown at the bottom of the menu.

3.Press EXIT to close the menu.

My hp pavilion slimline s3020n pc is on but cannot view on the screen it says on the monitor VGA: no input signal

Check the video cable connectors, remove the video connectors and reconnect them again.
Check the monitor input settings make sure the input is set to VGA and not to DVI.
Try a different monitor.

HP Pavillion won't bring monitor back from sleep mode

hi...if u can read " no input signal" from ur screen, this means that ur monitor is ok..
Look if u have power buttons on ur keyboard.. try to wake it from there.. some pc may have shortcut keys to bring back the pc... look @ ur pc docs on the internet for more info...
However if it's a hardware issue, it may be that ur RAM memory needs to be cleaned

Monitor Hp w1907 has no input signal, how do I get connected and keep it from going to sleep

If you set the PC to go to sleep after certian amount of time than it will not put out signal to the monitor. You need to go to display properties (right click on the desk top)/screen saver -power/set the display to never turn off.

Screen shows message "no input signal" and monitor goes to sleep.

monitor show "no input singnal" error masage when not gating any type of video singnal ,
so if u realy check your monitor wires for correctty plugged in .
then:-

Two possibilities:

either the video/mainboard of the monitor is defective; or
the video card/ CPU is the faulty.

A way to verify is to try the PC with another monitor or to try the monitor in another PC.

thanks

HP Blackbird PC Connection 'Incompatible Signal'

You may have the wrong type of DVI, I would try a different cable to hook it up with.
