Question about Lenovo Computers & Internet
My Lenovo IdeaCEnter PC is running Windows 7 Pro & the Monitor is an HP2311x set for 1920 X 1080 resolution with color depth set to 32 bit at 60Hz refresh rate using a VGA connection; the monitor is manually set to make VGA the default input port; using the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel (also the native Lenovo Display Control Panel settings when this bug would not go away. The input signal out of range does not retire. Using the popup widow one gets when outside mouse button clicking on the Desktop/Graphic Options/Balloon Notification/Optimal Resolution/Disable checked option STILL DOES Not turn off the "Input Signal Out of Range Popup window error message." Rebooting after each reset to 1920 X 1080 - 60Hz does not retire the "Input Signal Out of Range Popup window error message."
Welcome to Fixya.
Acer h5360 1280x720 supports Bluray 3D see Documentation. However the Intel 945 Express Chipset Display dont have Pixel Shader 3.0 recommended for optimized visual performance. And like other HD movies you need to use a high definition cables such as HDMI or Component Cables.
Thanks for using Fixya.

The monitor has no influence here - something is wrong with your video card: either its driver is missing (or corrupted) or the video chip has failed.
Uninstall all the drivers for the video(except the generic VGA one), from Programs and Device Manager
and reboot several times then go to Dell
select your pc and get the correct driver.
If that doesn't fixes it then the video chip has failed, you will need to buy a new video card.

Have you tried uninstalling the graphics driver entirely and then rebooting? Could be a corrupted driver.
