We have a Sharp AR-M355U copy machine that we are going to be donating to a local charity. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a hard drive on this machine, and if so, how would we go about...

Sim 62-1 will reformat the hard drive if there is one. On the key pad press POUND-STAR-CLEAR-STAR and enter SIM 62 copy button 1 copy button. If you cant get into sim 62 there is no hard drive. If you can get into sim 62-1 then follow the display press yes. and that will reformat your harddrive.

I bought a used ds game for my daughter but cant erase the old info

To delete your whole game on nintendogs just press and hold the a, b, x, y, l, and r buttons all at the same time while the game is loading prior to the title screen appearing. (Right when it says nintendo) But beware if you erase all saved data, it and your puppies can never be recovered.

To delete just one dog go to the Dog Hotel and choose donate. Pick the dog you want to get rid of and you'll never see that dog again.
