Pioneer djm 600 mixer worn plate need new one

I've just purchased a pioneer djm 600 mixer for my son for xmas its all in working order just that the plate (think the bit where you fade) is quite worn so i was looking to purchase a new one as i noticed that it has 4 screws so it can be removed

PIONEER DJM 600 . NO POWER.

I have the same problem, One day I open the djm-600 for replace the jack whole (easy), then of this when i close the mixer my pioneer died, but when I push the power button I can listen a little sound like ¿voltage running? Please Help !!!

Pioneer djm 600

There is a master gain volume control on the rear of the mixer, where you connect everything. Make sure it's not down.

If it's fine, then maybe them being outside caused an issue. How cold is cold? If your talking freezing, then maybe there is some issues with the solder on the pc boards. You'll have to take it to a service center at this point.

I would say, try connecting a CD player to all the channels, and try from there. If it's still the same, then you need professional help.

start with connections and try to clean fader with lubricant contact cleaner from radio shack or any electronics store.

PIONEER DJM 600 MIXER KEEPS PEEKING RED SHOWING HI SIGNAL AT LOW VOLUMES

check your input (cables and device)for bad or short circuit cable-bad plug--connection between inner conductor and shield. of the cable(test with new one)------you can disconnect inputs one by one until you find the bad one.and change it.
