Hi, I bought a Fitbit Alta for my daughter in December and the charger broke so i bought an another one and it says fully charged but in a short time it’s flat, could it be the new charger?

Hi, maybe you must sure if the charger is original, if you buyed some Generic? NOT work o.k. The system battery Do not recognize this new adapter.
Other wise if the adapter is original, the battery can be Faulty. Clean with special cleaner contact electronic, the hole where you put the adapter.

Samsung N145 Plus battery charge failure

If the laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

What does a fault signify?

I hate this about automatic electronic battery chargers; they shut down when the battery isn't perfect. The battery may have an internal short or the specific density of the electrolyte may be high or low. The plates may be sulfated as well. An old-fashioned non-electronic charger would have charged it anyway.

Away on holidays for 3weeks do I leave in on charge the entire time.I have posted my e-mail address but the stupid system keeps asking me for it

It's generally recommended to not keep electronics on the charger once they're fully charged because it can damage the battery/battery life. However, some phones come with an automatic shut-off feature so the phone doesn't keep getting charged after it's fully charged. You may want to look at the manual or see if the manufacturer has info on their website about it to see if they have a recommendation. That said, I always keep my phone on the charger and it still works; I don't think 3 weeks will kill it but if you don't need it immediately when you get back and don't find an answer specific to your phone, better safe than sorry.

My battery on my samsung g600 keeps going flat, when charging after a minute it displays battery fully charged. when charger is unplugged it is flat. bought new battery which just wouldnt charge. is it...

send the phone away for a warranty repair thats if its still in the 12 months warranty. sounds like the phone. since your phone is working with the charger in it, that points to the battery but if you bought a new one then it has to be the phone unless you are very unlucky in getting 2 dysfunctional batteries. But the best way around this is to send it away under warranty
