I have a fujitsu esprimo v5535. it wont boot to windows vista properly but when it does get to the password screen, only the esc, enter, space and delete keys work. i've tried pressing the f2 or f12 keys at the start of the boot process which brings me to blue screen menu, which i cant use. i press esc to come out and it says to repair bootup (recommended) which i select and then it stalls. any ideas? have you come across this problem before?
p.s i dont have any recovery dics that i can use at the moment
I have a question guys.... This above mentioned thing happened to my computer, but after using safe mood it shows windows corrupt and install your disc and restart option, but whwn i insert disc it diesn't show me any option to restart...... Plz help how do i restart it after inserting disc????
Try Safe Mode. Press F8 key during bootup and you will be presented with a black screen with multiple choices. Select "Safe Mode". This will load Windows with minimal drivers and with admin login option. If you can log in as administrator then create a new account in the Control Panel. Restart the computer and shut down. If it shuts down correctly then you are half way there, windows OS is not to badly corrupted. Boot up and if it comes up normally select the new profile you created.
If this does not work, then you will have to repair the system files, for which you will need a OS CD or restore disk.
