G661 SC My Dishwasher wouldn't take the water, and I had a Technician come by. He opened the right side of the dishwasher and said that I need to replace the  large White Plastic Part that transfers the water from the hose to the inside of the dishwasher. Does anybody know the name of it, or where I can find one for this model?

My dishwasher just doesn't clean. It runs through

I think this info will solve your problem because I don't think you are getting water into your dishwasher.

If there's no water entering your dishwasher, check these:

Water-inlet valve
Float switch
Water-inlet valve The water-inlet valve lets water enter the machine. If this valve is defective, you need to completely replace it. It's usually located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side. It's the device with the main water line (usually copper) from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it.

Float switch The float switch is a small electrical switch that's located right below the dishwasher "floor." Above the switch, on the inside of the dishwasher, is a plastic cylinder that floats up as water fills the dishwasher. If this switch is defective, or if the plastic float gets caught or trapped in the raised position, the water can't enter the dishwasher. If the float switch is defective, you need to replace it.

Miele G661 Dishwasher heating element

Loosen element-retaining bolt plus clips in dishwash chamber. Upend machine and take base off (held by four crosshead screws). Disconnect spade connectors from end of element and gently tap/push old rubber block through. Element will drop out with retaining rubber.

Dishwasher element?

dispenser is not linked that will be the solinoid valve on the dispenser. the heater could be open circuit or on the side of the wash motor is a pressure switch that is common for blocking so it will not put the heater on.

check the rubber seal around the door to see if its torn or smashed. if it is replace it, could someone have set somthing heavy on the door while it was open that would have stressed the hinges. it is most likely one of these problems take a nail file and slid it gently between the door and the body of the dishwasher if it slides in easy where it leaks you know the seal is bad and replace it.
