Hello gbiffle. I will gladly tell what the error code means, since I am formally trained on the Canon 3200 and have the manual literally in my hands. This site however grades me on how well I "fixya" and although I will tell you the problem you have ,I won't be able to "fixya".So please be kind when you rate my response. your copier has 4 colors(cyan,magenta,yellow and black) and a laser for each color.The copier monitors the functions of each laser independently. E000110-0110 means that their is a malfunction of the yellow laser mirror motor. During a "color" copy operation the copier will stop(jam) if any of the color lasers malfunction. I say it this way because theoretically your copier should work normally in the black and white mode since it won't be using(and therefore monitoring)the color lasers. I am sorry but I don't see the average person could repair this problem. But again you "should" be able to use it as a regular black and white copier.
