Try resetting internet explorer.Click onThe tool option,go down to internet option go to advance click Restore Defaults on the general page choose delete and delete your history,cookies etc.

If it stopped working after three weeks don't try to repair it. It's still likely underwarranty. Replace it. IF you try to repair it you loose your warranty and then you have a broken pen and no chance of getting a working one.

I feel it is Norton clashing somewhere. Can you uninstall Norton and then browse. If you can browse properly then it is Norton that has created the problem. You can then try some other anti virus.
If the problem still persists then probably your tech friend is correct and you must take it to the store you bought it from and have the computer reset. But, before that you must start IE and tweak with the Internet Options from Tools. But keep noting down what you are doing so that you can undo those changes.

Hey hashbrownz, What it sounds like to me is the drivers required for the camera to communicate with your computer have either been deleted or corrupted.
