If yhou have "ringtones" to put on. Supposedly, phones now all use a standard phone USB cable.
The problem is this: Ringtones are a very specialized and very small file. If you have ring tones, there is not much reason you cant put them onto the telephone.
Next problem would be to convince the telephone to use the tone.
I do now you can record sound on most telephones and make the telephone use that sound file as a ring tone.
That may be a way for you to get around the file specialty issue.
I think i may have had a similar problem getting error around the lines of "Unable to access application data". What worked for me was, restarting my computer and opening the IDEN loader program on my computer first, then i plugged the cable into my phone this seemed to stop the error. i also had to make sure the USB connection was set to Application Access
follow all directions to download ringtones. You need to download a program called webjal. On this site everything is free and has links to download. I created my own ringtone and downloaded with no problems.
